Our Wild Wedding Cake is made with clotted cream enriched sponge, is filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and our seasonal jams, it is then decorated with more Swiss meringue buttercream and seasonal edible flowers and leaves.
For an example the one in the picture is a late summer/autumn flavoured cake and has:
bottom tier- wild damson
middle tier- plum orange and bay
top tier- blackberry and apple
Examples of other seasonal flavours throughout the year are:
Rhubarb and Stem Ginger
Raspberry and Garden Mint
Strawberry, Basil and Peppercorn
Strawberry, Rhubarb and Vanilla
Pear, Cardamon and Vanilla
Blackcurrant and Vanilla
